The new Member Assistance Program, which is being delivered in partnership with LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell, adds further value for Now Health International members by providing access to a wealth of additional resources to support their wellbeing.
The launch of the Member Assistance Program reaffirms Now Health International’s commitment to supporting members overall wellbeing in addition to their physical health and is another step towards realising the brand’s ambition of being the international health insurance partner of choice for individuals and families seeking comprehensive international health coverage.
The key features of the Member Assistance Program include:
- 24/7 access to a free, confidential, multilingual services including counselling, advice, and family support.
- Advice and support for a range of issues, from everyday matters to significant life changes.
- Virtual and secure counselling sessions via video, live chat, telephone, and online groups.
- Access to the LifeWorks mobile app and portal featuring thousands of articles and podcasts covering family, health, life, money and work.
